COVID-19 : We are offering provisions to guests who would like to change their travel plans in light of COVID-19 and the entry restrictions imposed by several countries due to the outbreak, subject to terms and conditions. Due to the high volume of queries and requests we are currently receiving due to the Coronavirus event, our wait times are longer than normal. The fastest way to talk to us is by speaking to AVA who is available 24/7 and can assist with a majority of your questions. If AVA is unable to assist, she'll transfer you to one of our Allstars, please wait in the chat to be assisted. Our current wait times are approximately 15 minutes. If you have submitted a refund request, you can check the status of your request in your AirAsia BIG Member account within “My Cases”. Please note due to the high volumes of refund requests currently being processed, refunds will take upto 30 days to appear in your account. Our team are here as always to help you and we thank you for your patience and understanding!
